Placing an Order
How do I place an order?
On the Order page,
select Click "Add to Cart". This will take
you to a review screen that allows you to select one or more
books, remove item or accept as described:
Once
you have selected the number of Buyer Information Guides you
wish to order, click the "Go To Checkout" button.
The next screen is your shipping information:
Complete the Billing/Shipping Information: Be sure to
click the "Same as Billing Information" box if shipping
address is same as Credit Card billing address.
After
completing all information - Click "Continue" for
the Credit Card Info Screen.
Now complete Credit Card Info and Click
Continue
How
do I pay for my order?
We
accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover/Novus
credit cards for online, telephone, fax and mail orders. Checks
and money orders are accepted with mail orders only.
Be
sure and click "Submit Order" button to complete
order. The next screen will be a printable receipt.
Is
it safe to use my credit card online?
This
site features online ordering on our secure server to ensure
your privacy, protection, and peace of mind. All information
transmitted between you and our server while you are at the
checkout is encrypted for your protection. However, if you
prefer, you may phone fax or e-mail your order.
Will I be paying Sales Tax?
State of Texas residents will pay sales tax of 8.25%.

When will I receive confirmation of my order?
You
entered an e-mail address at check out – you will receive
a confirmation via e-mail that your order has been received.
When the order is shipped, you will receive another e-mail
with a tracking number that will allow you to track your shipment
until it arrives.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Internal
processing of your order will take about 1-2 business days.
Please add an additional 2-3 days for shipping depending on
location.
What Shipping options do I have?
We
use Priority USPS World Wide, wherever available.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping
charges are subject to change at any time. For single book
orders - Domestic and International Priority $6.50, unless
stated otherwise (i.e., special offer).
Guaranteed Return Policy
What is your return policy?
Your
satisfaction is guaranteed! If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied, please contact Toughquip customer service
representatives at 866-681-4636 within 10 days and we will
refund the purchase price of the Buyer Information Guide less
shipping and handling. The Toughquip Buyer Information Guide
must be returned in its original condition to the following

How do I return an item?

Toughquip within 10 days and we will refund the purchase price
of the Buyer Information Guide less shipping and handling.

The Toughquip Buyer Information Guide must be returned in
its original condition.
A couple of tips when returning items:
If
possible, include the packing slip or original invoice with
your return to expedite your credit. If not, include your
name, address and phone number, as it appeared on the original
order and the item(s) you are returning.

If I return an item, will I be credited the shipping cost?

- The credit received on the returned item will not include
shipping costs.
